Monitoring - The capi sync backlog has been mostly processed. We will closely keep monitoring the situation.

Identified - Earlier today CAPI data packages stopped being processed. While investigating the root cause, we have implemented a work-around and processing has started again. There is a backlog of messages to be processed and we expect this to take another 5 or 6 hours. So if you synced a CAPI device in the last few hours it can take some time before the data becomes available for download.

Investigating - There is currently a delay in processing CAPI data syncs in the APac region. It is still possible to sync CAPI devices, but it takes a long time for the data to become available for download in the Nfield manager or public-api. We are investigating this.
