Resolved -
This incident has been resolved.
The issue appears to be a specific bug in Chromium based browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) which can interrupt the proper loading of all elements of the Nfield Manager in APAC. The change we applied on Friday 30 August mitigates this bug. Users with cached information may still need to use a hard refresh CTRL-F5 or flush their browser cache.

Monitoring -
We have made some changes to networking settings to improve communication with Chromium based browsers. Please do Crtl-F5 a couple of times once on online-managerap.nfieldmr.com to force the browser to make new connections.
